Not only was the response to my phone call timely but the repair was completed less than 24 hours later. Izhak went out of his way to be upfront and honest about prices and gave me the option to repair simple things myself instead of pushing his sales on us. He presented all the options with anticipated prices as soon as he was able to assess the situation, and kept me informed on all the steps being completed. I had an outstanding experience with Garage Door CLE. I called last week to get an estimate on a new garage door and opener and had someone out at my house taking measurements later that day. The price was VERY reasonable and the service was nothing less than excellent. I'm loving my new garage door and will definitely stick with Garage Door CLE for any future upgrades or repairs!

Very approachable. No hard sell. Price estimates were at and below those from other sources. Very business like and punctual. Showed up at appointed time. Very professional and knowledgeable in installation. Did not push for monies up front, which is a tell tale sign of less reputable options. All in all, this was an A+ experience. I was so pleased with the service from Garage Door CLE. He came out game me a fantastic price and had my new springs on in a half hour. Not only did he change my springs, he showed me different tricks to do some preventative maintenance on my door. As well as helping me with a quick fix to add more molding to my door where it was missing some and rusting my track. Instead of charging me to replace the molding on the door he gave me an extra piece of molding and a quick fix idea to eliminate the problem. Great and Honest company. Beyond excellent service! Both garage doors needed spring replacements, I called to explain the problem and he made time to show up within the next couple of hours. He was very honest, and wasted no time breaking down the details & estimate of the work needed. He showed up within the next two days and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Excellent service from Izhak! My garage door stopped working properly on a Thursday afternoon. Several other repair companies could not make it out for 5+ days, which would have left our car stranded in the garage that whole time. Izhak picked up the phone and asked me to send a few photos of the problem. He was able to identify the problem from the photos and he was at my house in 15 minutes. He gave a very fair price and had it fixed 20 minutes later at a very reasonable price. I would call Garage Door CLE for all of my garage door needs in the future.

Izhak was great - he responded the same day to my inquiry, came out the next day to see the door, and fixed it on the spot. I really trusted his advice and the quality of his work. The other contractor we contacted wanted to replace the whole door system for much more money, which we thought was overkill. Izhak agreed, and even talked us out of some of the mid-range work that we were thinking about - he was really trying to do what was best for us. I'll definitely contact him again for any future work!

Isaac was amazing. I would recommend this company for sure. He repaired my garage door quickly and last minute, very much needed and appreciated. He also educated me on garage maintenance and used a half bottle of WD-40 in the process.
